Below are the Results of our Group Shamanic Healing for the Web of Life Initiative for Moloa’a Bay. Each Time we Meet; our Intention will be to Restore Harmony and Balance to a Particular Location on the Earth.
Summary:
Moloa’a is a Beautiful Bay and Beach on the North East Coast of Kauai that has come under increasing amounts of environmental stress over the past 5 years. Translation of the Hawaiian place name is “Tangled Roots”
Severe flooding in 2018 and 2015 has eroded the stream banks, washing debris and contaminants from upstream farms, houses and cesspools down to the ocean. As recently as 2013 our children used to swim and play freely in the water at the mouth of the stream; now we try to skip over when accessing the northern part of the beach so as not to expose ourselves to contaminant.

Teachings of the Life Plant in Shamanic Journey… The Life Plant told me that it chose to be my plant ally because I have always noticed and appreciated it when walking in its environment. I have always felt fondly towards it when I have seen it and touched it gently. It reminded me of when it helped heal my finger from an extremely deep laceration caused by a hedge trimmer. The wound was down to the nerve. I declined to go to a doctor and applied Life Plant immediately after cleaning it. There is very minor scarring and no nerve damage; it fully healed….
All of us, every human being, possesses both a Logic Mind and a Spirit Mind. The Logic Mind is what we use to navigate our day to day life in ordinary waking reality. When we think, do math, drive a car, read a book, dial a phone number. etc; we are acting within the province of the Logic Mind. The Spirit Mind, is the realm of intuitive understanding, a place where our experiences can be described but not explained by logic. How, for example, can we logically explain the way we are able to move over space and time in a dream?
Shamanic awareness and shamanic healing is dependent upon the Shaman being able to consistently and effectively access the spirit mind and then return to normal waking consciousness.
