What is the Shamanic Apprenticeship?
Our Shamanic Apprenticeship offers Comprehensive Shaman Training from your First Shamanic Journey all the way through to Professional Healing Practice. The Shamanic Spirit Medicine Apprenticeship Program was developed to train Practicing or Aspiring Healing Professionals in a Highly Effective Shamanic Healing Modality that can be Effectively Applied to the Challenges of Modern Daily Life.
You do not need to uproot yourself from your home and immerse yourself for months in a remote setting. Our Shamanic Apprenticeship Training can be completed within the context of your day to day life as a compliment to family, career and other modern pursuits.
Can I Practice Professionally?
After you complete your Shamanic Apprenticeship Training, you will be ready to see paying clients. Our Graduates are Practicing as Full Time Healing Professionals. Some use Shamanic Spirit Medicine as their exclusive method of practice; others combine SSM with other modalities in which they have previously trained.
Can I Enroll If I want Personal Healing?
Yes, Absolutely! All Levels of the Shamanic Apprenticeship Training Bring Immense Benefits of Self-Healing and Positive Change. If you are want to learn shamanism out of a commitment to your own self-healing you are welcome to enroll in our shamanic apprenticeship training. You do not need to aspire to be a professional healer to join our Shamanism Training!

Are the Courses Completed In Order?
3 of the Courses must be completed in sequential order.
Cultivating the Energy Body may be completed at any time during your training and the right timing for each person can be different.
If you come to Kauai for the Kauai Shamanism Retreat, you will take the 3 Day Energy Body Workshop in the week prior to The Fundamentals of Shamanism Workshop.
If you Enroll in Online Courses, it is generally recommended that you sign up for Cultivating The Energy Body concurrently with or immediately after Level 2: Shamanic Self Mastery.
Each individuals path is unique, if you are studying online, Scott will check in with you along the way to help you determine the right timing for you to add Cultivating The Energy Body to your studies.
Can I complete the Apprenticeship Online?
Yes, all modules of our Shamanic Apprenticeship Training are available online in a combination of live online and self-paced courses.

What Commitment Must I Make?
The shamanic path unfolds as we proceed along it. It is best to commit to each training level one at a time and then proceed accordingly at the completion of each course level. Some people go straight through and others take breaks between classes. Everyone’s path unfolds at the proper timing for them and we check in at the end of each course to determine what is right for you.
How Long To Complete My Training?
Shamanic Spirit Medicine Training is offered in a combination of in person, live online and self-paced formats. For most students a realistic time frame to complete your full apprenticeship training (not counting electives) is 9-18 months. The exact time it takes largely depends upon your personal schedule, the other demands on your time (work, family, etc), and the speed and capacity at which you integrate deeply transformative self-healing. Our shamanic apprenticeship program is structured to allow complete flexibility in the timing and pace of your course of study; in the pursuit of the shamanic path, everyone proceeds at their own appropriate pace.
Do Receive A Certificate?
Yes. After Successful Completion of all Apprenticeship Training Requirements you will receive the Certificate of Completion as Shamanic Spiritual Healer.

Where Do I Start?
Our Basic Workshop is The Fundamentals of Shamanism. You can take this class in person, live online or self-paced. If you join our in person workshop you can join the Kauai Shamanism Retreat which also includes Cultivating the Energy Body
