Unresolved trauma gets trapped inside us as dissonant energy.  This dissonant energy creates negative effects on our physical, mental and emotional health.  It underlies most of our dysfunctional behavior patterns and must be released.

Enmeshed with the dissonant energy of trauma are stories we tell ourselves about who we are, the world around us and our place within that world.  These old stories limit our ability to grow, heal, thrive and live into our full potential and must be removed.

Recover Misplaced Life Force

Wherever there is unresolved trauma, there is a leakage of life force energy.  The thoughts intertwined with the emotions related to the upsetting event are like a black hole siphoning our life force away from present time and back to the people, place and moment of trauma.  Once the dissonant energy and outdated stories about it are removed, we are able to call back your life force energy to present time.

In Person Shamanic Healing Sessions

• 2 hour session by appointment at our Healing Studio on Kauai

• Please confirm availability before booking

• You appointment time is confirmed only after you have paid for the session

• Please allow at least 1 hour of personal time after the session to integrate (if possible, allow the remainder of the day)

• Please refrain from all alcohol and/or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before & after your Shamanic Healing Session

Distance Shamanic Healing Sessions

Scheduling

• We confirm the date of your session after booking

• After you have completed your payment, you will receive a session intake form

• Please complete the intake form and provide all the requested info

• After we receive your intake form, we will reply with any questions

• When the intake process is complete, we will schedule the timing of your session

• Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis

• All communication is done via email

• You are welcome to email questions you have as they arise

During The Session

• I perform all sessions in a quiet nature space

• During the session we do not video conference

• As I perform your healing session, I narrate the session in real time into an audio recorder

• When the session is complete, I email the audio recording to you

After Your Session

• After receiving the audio recording, please allow yourself a private undisturbed space for at least 60 minutes to thoughtfully listen to and review the material

• After your first review; allow the healing session to settle in and then review 2 more times over the course of the next 48 hours

• After having reviewed the material 3 times, email me, with any questions and to let me know how your session is integrating

• Please refrain from all alcohol and/or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before & after your Distance Shamanic Healing Session
