Rooting Into The Earth
Grounding is the foundation everything else rests on. Without it, even the most gifted intuitive gets pulled off center, overwhelmed, and worn down. This circle turns toward spiritual grounding, rooting our energy into the earth so that we can hold our center, stay clear, and offer our medicine without losing ourselves in the process.
